WELCOME TO LITTLE LODGE NURSERY SCHOOL

Little Lodge Nursery School was established in 1989, and is accommodated in modern attractive premises on the east side of Worcester City near County Hall. We are easily accessible from all areas being immediately adjacent to the City Eastern By-pass (A4440). The Nursery takes children from 3 months up until they are eligible for entry to school at rising 5. We are registered by Worcestershire County Council to accept payment by nursery grants for 3 - 5 year olds. We are permitted to take a maximum of 30 children at any one session. Our Little Cherubs baby room can accommodate 6 babies from 3 months to 2 years old.

Little Lodge Nursery is housed in a purpose built self-contained building that adjoins the proprietor’s house. We have extensive facilities at your child’s disposal that include a large garden and play area, children’s bathroom, kitchen, indoor sand pit, dressing-up wardrobe, painting/art room, and play area including a play house complete with kitchen. We have a quiet library area and supervised computer access is provided for use by all our children.

Our Little Cherubs baby unit is set within a large conservatory off the main nursery. We can take a maximun of 6 babies. 2 qualified members of staff are present with our Little Cherubs at all times.

ABOUT US

Little Lodge is fully registered with OFSTED Early Years, and our emergency arrangements are inspected and approved by the Fire and Rescue Services. As part of our incorporation into the nursery grant scheme we undertook our first OFSTED inspection in 1997 and that and subsequent reports are available at the Nursery for your inspection. We welcome your comments regarding any aspect of the reports. Every term, we produce a newsletter informing you of what your child will be doing during the term, notice of trips, plays and other general items of interest.
